Products Description
The spring support hanger is designed based on the principle of torque balance. Within the specified range of load displacement, the load torque and spring torque remain balanced at all times. Therefore, when pipelines and equipment supported by constant suspension experience displacement, a constant support force can be obtained without causing additional stress to the pipelines and equipment. Constant suspension is generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the boiler body of power plants, suspension parts of steam, water, smoke ducts and burners in power plants, as well as petrochemical equipment and other places where displacement stress needs to be reduced.
The variable spring support hanger is mainly composed of cylindrical spiral springs, displacement indicator plates, shells, and elastic nuts.
Variable spring supports and hangers are divided into seven types based on installation methods: A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.
Type A - Upper thread suspension type;
B-type - single ear suspension type;
Type C - Double ear suspension type;
D-type - upward adjustment idle type;
E-type - downward adjustment idle type;
F-type - supporting and resting type;
G-type - parallel suspension type;
Installation and use:
Installation:
Type A
One end of the upper suspension rod is connected to the root; The other end is threaded into the screw hole of the top plate of the spring support hanger and locked with a nut. The lower end of the flower basket nut is connected to the upper end of the pipeline hanger with threads. Rotate the flower basket nut to lift the pipeline to the specified installation position, and then lock it with the nut.
2. Types B and C
The upper end of the spring support hanger is connected to the suspension rod or suspension plate, and the other end of the suspension rod or suspension plate is rooted on the steel beam or floor slab. Other types are the same as Type A.
3. D-type
Fix the spring support hanger on the steel beam or floor slab with bolts, connect the hanger rod to the pipeline through the hanger body, rotate the top nut, lift the pipeline to the specified installation position, and then lock it with the nut.
4. Type E
Fix the spring support hanger on the steel beam or floor slab with bolts. Other types are the same as Type A.
5. F-type
Use bolts to fix the bottom plate of the spring support hanger to the foundation, steel beam, or floor slab, and support the horizontal pipeline or curved bottom at the top. When the actual support height on site differs from the installation height provided by the design, the load column can be rotated for fine adjustment. The fine-tuning amount is between Lmax and Lmin. The spring models VS30F0-9 are ± 6mm, VS30F10-24 are ± 12.5mm, and the spring models VS60F, VS90F, VS120F, VS150F, and VS180F are ± 25mm, respectively.
6. G-type
Rotate the flower basket nut to tighten the suspension rod fixed on the steel beam or floor slab, adjust the suspension rod to the designed installation height, and then lock the flower basket nut with the nut.
